1、 Project Core Information: Time and Objectives
On July 28, 2025, Adidas' sustainable development and environmental protection department officially issued a memorandum to designated suppliers, launching an annual environmental assessment and data verification project.
Core objective: To supervise the compliance of the supply chain environment and ensure compliance with Adidas' global environmental requirements.
Key time: September 23rd to November 7th, 2025 is the IEEM on-site evaluation period, during which all suppliers are required to complete the evaluation and verification commissioned by an independent external environmental monitoring agency (IEEM).
2、 Scope of evaluation: These contents need to be prepared with emphasis
This evaluation covers three core areas, all of which are indispensable:
1. Environmental Compliance and Management System
Comprehensively verify the operation and compliance of the factory's environmental management system.
2. EMeERT data validation
Different suppliers have different data cycles:
Suppliers who have participated in projects in 2024: Verify data from September 2024 to August 2025;
Newly established factories with 2024 data: Verify data from January 2024 to August 2025;
Newly established factories in 2024 with only 2025 data: Verify data from January 2025 to August 2025.
3. Subduing Checklist
It needs to be completed on-site by IEEM, and special circumstances (such as government travel restrictions) require prior contact seaenv@adidas.com And copy the regional manager for approval.
3、 Practical Tools and Support
Authorize IEEM: ASCP as a regional authorized verification agency in China. If there is a need, please contact us for coordination;
Platform support: All suppliers are required to register on the Worldly platform and pay an annual fee to record audit data and track corrective actions. Specific matters will be followed up by the regional manager;
